The object of foreskin restoration is to attempt the following:
 | Gain coverage of the glans |
| Gain sensitivity |
| Improve sex life |
| Enable the gliding action a foreskin gives |
| Repair the damage done to you by others. |
If you stop the blood flow to any part of the body for anything other than short periods it will die.
If you restrict the blood flow to skin that you want to expand and increase in size it will be slowed down and restoration will take longer.
Discomfort is a sign to be cautious.
PAIN is a sign you have gone to far.
Be patient/cautious and SAFE.
You do not want less than you started with!
