Understanding the practice
There are various types of circumcision and it may be an advantage to know something about the practice as it may help you understand better how restoration may best be effected or how it has affected you.
It has to be understood that the objection against this sexual amputation is only valid for those that did not give consent or were not properly informed of the process and perhaps requested it to be done to themselves.
For those adults who want, wanted or elected for themselves 'circumcision' it is their affair and may well be good for them. For all others and especially the child circumcisions, it is nothing less than sexual abuse and criminal assault causing actual bodily harm and should be prosecuted accordingly.
The following pictures and descriptions, you may find disturbing to say the least.

Category of Circumcision (MGM)
1 - Medical Need
There is hardly ever a medical need to circumcise a child, there are many alternatives to ease or cure any problems that exist for a child and many problems are actually caused by parents, doctors or medical interference with the child's penis. Only on rare occasions can it be justified to amputate the foreskin of a child. There is even less of any valid reason to do this to a baby, it is pure stupidity and abuse.
Adults of course it is a different issue and because of the fact that an adult can and should give consent, provided they have been given all the facts and the alternatives available in an unbiased way there can be no argument with the choice thus made.
2 - Religious
It is the parents/guardians of the child that have religion, the child has to fit in with the dictate of the parents in this respect until old enough to commit to the indoctrinated religion or reject it. Religious circumcisions therefore force the physical religious marking on the child whilst it cannot object so is therefore marked for life in the religion forced upon it by the parents.
In fact what is always happening in religious circumcisions is a human blood sacrifice by the parents using the child as the flesh sacrifice, just as a sheep might have its throat cut in a sacrifice. The fact that the circumcision blood sacrifice only occasionally causes death of the infant/child makes it no less of a loss. The child and the adult the child will become has had considerable pleasure and an intimate part of their body sacrificed on behalf of his parents. It is a most vile practice.
The real motivation for religious circumcision is a physical branding for life to bond it to the religion farced upon it.
Religious circumcisions are of course an insult to God/Allah as it is inconceivable that the source of all creation would demand such a forced amputation on a body part created by the creator.
3 - Societal/Tribal
Often the term "Parental Preference" gets used in particular in North America (USA/Canada). The medical profession make many millions performing this amputation on those that cannot object (hour old babies and children) and have through the many decades dreamt up many bogus reasons to do the lucrative amputation. Absurd reasons have been anything from preventing/curing epilepsy, blindness, masturbation, insanity and as time progresses, UTI's, cancer and now HIV/AIDS, all of course in itself insanity.
When the parent decide their preference, we have to ask, what is the preference of the adult the child will become? Who are these parents that have accurate insight into the future? Are they time travellers?
In reality it becomes clear that in spite of the law and various conventions on human rights, the child is nothing less than the property of its parents to do with as they wish.
Tribes do circumcisions as a tribal scarification, a marking and a process by which the child's endurance of the pain somehow by primitive reasoning makes the child into a man. Primitive tribes in parts of Africa make the affair a long drawn our process, in Turkey they do it to the child and have a celebration with food and music whilst the poor boy nurses his bleeding penis in a darkened room prepared for him (civilised? you decide). Other Muslims practice various forms of the amputation for various bogus reasons from the so called covenant of Abraham to the lame excuse that because it has been practiced for so long, it must be acceptable to Allah.
