INNER SKIN-tapeless

This design, photographs and instructions are by kind permission of Michael Bar.

The device is constructed from plastic 'spoons' or measuring cups used for commodities such as coffee.  The tag or handle must be cut off each 'spoon' to get the cones as shown in the photographs below.

The device is in two operational parts, the tapeless tugging device for gripping the skin consisting of parts 'B' and 'C' plus the cone 'A' that fits over the glans.

In operation the shaft skin/foreskin is gripped by B&C whilst the screw which is threaded into 'C' and passes through it engages on the top of cone 'A' which forces 'B&C' apart which gives tension to the inner foreskin.  Provided that the top cone 'C' is free to move and does not snag on the screw it will apply pressure on the skin between the base of it and cone 'B' once tension has been applied by screwing down on the central screw.

As an alternative the parts 'B&C' could be used on their own as a tapeless tugger, by attaching elastic or weights to the screw. Alternatively replace the screw by a stout doubled up wire that will pass through the cone 'C' with the ends bent at right angles to catch on the nut, the other end being used as a loop for fixing weight or elastic.

Cone 'B' can be seen with a threaded nut in the center at the top.  It would be better if this nut were a thin locking nut secured on the underside of the cone rather than on the top.  Cone 'A' has a cupped washer glued to the top of the cone to locate the end of the screw and stop it slipping off during use.  Cone 'C' has a clearance hole to allow free movement of the central screw which passes through it.

Instructions on use:

Here is some explanation to how it works:

As you can see it consists of three thee spoons/cups/cones:

'A'- the most inner one, 'B'- the one in the middle and 'C'- the outer one where a screw can be seen.

To put it on, the screw must be totally open. Then all the cones can be attached.

You put 'A' and 'B' on the glans. Then the skin should be pulled or rolled up to cover 'A & B'. Take 'C' and press down to fix the skin on 'B' which will trap the skin between it and the middle cone 'B'. Take the screw and put it through the hole in cone 'C' to locate the end in the thread in the top of the middle cone 'B'.  Whilst still holding the cones in place screw down until the cone on the glans and the middle cone is forced apart and the two top coned 'B & C' grip the skin on their own. Now the skin is attached and you can adjust the screw to give more or less tension as required.

This device can be worn within slip underwear without any problem. You can easily detach it when wanting to urinate and put it back in 1-2 minutes. If it is causing pain you need to unscrew it a little. I have never had any real pain caused by it, neither a problem with the blood circulation. At the edge of the spoons there should be a soft material so it is not sharp on the skin.

The device should be worn as much as possible. I wear if for some hours, then stop for an hour and then another couple of hours. When you take it off and let the skin rest, you can and should put on your whole penis nutritious cream, whatever natural cream that you can find. Keeping the skin moisturised does not give any problem to the device.

Good luck to all!

The circumcision of any child without unavoidable medical need is an abuse of human rights of the child and the adult the child will become.  It is a barbaric act of sexual abuse which degrades and shames any society that allows it.
