Silicone (1st Choice).

Silicone rings are considered the first choice for those restoring, they rarely react with skin and have a micro textured surface which helps with grip.  As silicone sets by the introduction of a catalyst it is important that the rings are fully cured.  The rings we supply are top quality and have cure dates.  Some of the rings in stock have dates as far back as January to March 1996 (1Q96 [1st quarter of 1996]).  After this sort of period there can be no doubt they are fully 'cured'.  We will supply cure dates stated by the manufacturer.

Nitrile.

These rings are extensively used in hydraulics and resist oil, grease, water, and most petroleum products.  They are slightly harder than silicone and do not grip quite so well.  Sometimes some delicate or sensitive skin types can react to this type of ring so if in doubt chose the silicone version.

Quality.

The rings we supply are to B.S.Specifications and so are made to an exacting standard to be of the finest quality.

Supply.

You can purchase these rings either in a kit of 6 rings or individually by size.  All the rings have quantity discounts and you may consider a kit to try and then order individual sizes.  To assist in size selection there is a conversion chart on the site to convert circumference to diameter, there are also tips on how you might determine the sizes you need.  All this is under the section 'Measurements'.

Methods of use.

  1. single O ring
  2. stack of rings diminishing in size ##
  3. stack of rings the same size
  4. Ring with foam packing to tension skin against glans
  5. ring/rings with keeper against glans

Reasons for use.

  1. restore
  2. maintain coverage to preserve/gain sensitivity
  3. for the above a) to give the skin a rest from tape or other devices b) at night or c) when going places where a device may be conspicuous or uncomfortable.

How effective?

How long is a piece of string?  This is one of the questions that have no definitive answer.  We all respond differently either with great or small variations so what is the perfect answer to one individual may not be the best for another.  Some report good skin gain by their use whilst others barely notice the change.  They do however have a place as part of the process and at such a small cost they have their place even as a standby device.

The circumcision of any child without unavoidable medical need is an abuse of human rights of the child and the adult the child will become.  It is a barbaric act of sexual abuse which degrades and shames any society that allows it.
